We by default receive only 90% of amount which customer pay to us, as 10% of amount get deducted as “platform & payment gateway charges” automatically.
You need to understand, if you ask for refund, we can refund you at max. 90% of amount you have paid us. These circumstances are beyond our control so please understand things correctly.
